Spiceland Mall International Grenada’s Largest Shopping Center
Whether I need groceries for a week-long stay, a last-minute souvenir, a new phone charger, a restaurant meal, banking services, or simply a cool place to escape the Caribbean heat for an hour, Spiceland Mall International is one of the first places I recommend to visitors staying in Grenada.
Located in the heart of Grand Anse, just minutes from many of the island’s major hotels, beaches, and attractions, Spiceland Mall International has become Grenada’s premier shopping destination. With more than thirty businesses under one roof and additional stores throughout the surrounding complex, it offers one of the most complete shopping experiences on the island for both locals and visitors.
For guests staying at Mt. Parnassus Inn, Spiceland Mall makes an excellent stop for groceries, dining, shopping, banking, and everyday essentials. Whether you’re stocking a vacation apartment, shopping for gifts, or simply exploring Grand Anse, the mall provides convenience, comfort, and variety all in one location.

One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to reach. Visitors can simply take Grenada’s #1 bus route from St. George’s Bus Terminal directly to Grand Anse for approximately EC$2.50 per person. Many buses stop near the mall, and taxis are readily available throughout the day.
The mall also offers ample free parking, making it popular with residents who drive from all over the island.

Real Value IGA: The Star Attraction
For many visitors, including myself, the highlight of Spiceland Mall is undoubtedly the Real Value IGA Supermarket.
This flagship supermarket is widely regarded as one of the best grocery stores in Grenada. The selection is impressive, offering everything from fresh produce and local spices to imported specialty foods, wines, cheeses, household supplies, and international brands that can be difficult to find elsewhere on the island.
Vacation rental guests often visit shortly after arrival to stock up on groceries for the week. The supermarket’s hot food section is particularly popular among locals and visitors alike, serving affordable Grenadian dishes that allow travelers to sample authentic island cuisine without visiting a restaurant.
Many visitors rave about the fresh buffet meals, local pastries, and convenient ready-to-eat options available throughout the day.

Knife & Fork Café-Bistro
Knife & Fork Café-Bistro offers a more relaxed dining experience with a menu that blends local Caribbean flavors with international favorites. Visitors can enjoy sandwiches, salads, pasta dishes, coffee, fresh juices, and homemade desserts in a comfortable setting ideal for casual meetings or leisurely meals.
Saffron Cafe
Saffron Cafe has become a popular destination for coffee lovers and guests seeking lighter fare. The cafe offers specialty coffees, teas, pastries, breakfast options, sandwiches, and refreshing beverages. Its relaxed atmosphere makes it a great place to take a break between shopping stops.
Island Flavors
Many visitors specifically mention Island Flavors for its fresh smoothies and milkshakes. The chocolate fruit smoothie is frequently highlighted as a customer favorite, offering a refreshing taste of Grenada’s tropical fruit bounty.
Ice Cream Shops
Several visitors rave about the mall’s ice cream offerings, noting both the quality and generous serving sizes. Large scoops packed with flavor make for the perfect treat after a day in the Caribbean sun.

Travelers often need access to banking facilities during their vacation, and Spiceland Mall provides convenient options.
Grenada Co-operative Bank Limited

The availability of banking services inside the mall makes it easy for visitors to access cash or manage financial transactions while shopping.
